I love, love, LOVE these vintage-floral inspired wedding invitations! As a stationery designer, one of my favorites things is when a couple really personalize their invitations to reflect their personalities and their wedding theme…and this bride and groom did just that! Rebecca + William hosted two events: an intimate ceremony with their closest friends and family members, and a bigger reception with a larger group of friends to celebrate their big day.
Since this couple needed a different invitations for each of the events, they decided to personalize the Gardenia and Script designs featured in our website Collection to showcase their wedding theme. The bride was inspired by both the decorative floral patterns found in vintage china sets and their love for gardening and beekeeping, and she wanted to incorporate these elements into her wedding paper goods. To bring her vision to life, we created a clean and simple design focusing on hand calligraphy and incorporated a beautiful floral design on the RSVP card and envelope liners. To further customize her suite, we hand-drew a honey bee and a butterfly and incorporated them into the Save-the-Date and RSVP card. We just love how all of these elements so beautifully reflect this couple’s personality and wedding style!
