Your beautiful invitation design doesn’t have to stop with the invitation itself – we can actually carry it through the rest of your printed wedding materials! We love working with our couples to create the perfect menus, programs, welcome booklets, tote bags, maps, table numbers, signage, place cards, and escort cards to complete the overall design of your paper goods.
Your day-of paper goods can be digitally printed, letterpress printed, or foil-stamped.
For digitally printed cards, we are happy to match the inks used on your letterpress cards as closely as possible, though there are a few limitations due to the difference in print methods. We are happy to provide guidance in this area.
Below are some of the different services we offer for your day-of paper goods. If you are looking for something a little more customized, let us know! If you dream it, we can achieve it!
Menus look so beautiful on your table-scape! We can do the standard 5×7 size, 5×5 square, or 8” circle (a perfect fit for your charger).
All of our Design Bar Collection suites have a pre-designed menu viewable in the pdf download on each suite page. Menus can also be customized with guest names to act as place cards and can be either letterpress printed, foil-stamped, or digitally printed.
The biggest question we get is, “What is the difference between escort cards and place cards?” While these cards may seem interchangeable, place and escort cards are not the same! Escort cards “escort” your guests to their table from a common lobby or venue entrance (e.g. guest name and table number). Place cards are found at the tables and indicate to your guests their exact assigned seats. Place cards can also be personalized with meal choice indicators for plated dinner services where wait staff need to know which guest will receive which entrée. Entrée choice can be indicated with a small animal icon, different color printings, or by using a selection of flourishes, dots, or subtle indicators. Both place and escort cards can be digitally printed. Unfortunately, due to the nature of older print methods, we can’t letterpress or foil them.
In lieu of individual escort cards, we are also happy to print large-scale seating charts, up to 24”x36” in size.
We offer digitally printed table numbers in any quantity. We can do both tent cards and standard flat cards that fit in a frame. We are happy to customize the size to fit particular frames or stands and can print either single- or double-sided cards.
There are a variety of ways we can create your programs.
Booklet style – these can be scored, saddle stitched, or tied with a ribbon.
Panel programs – these can be printed single- or double-sided.
The basic information found in wedding programs includes ceremony details, wedding party list, and a thank-you message to guests.
You have put so much time and thought into all of the details of your wedding reception, so don’t forget about the signage to let your guests know about what is going on! Here is a brief list of some of the sign options we can print:
We love creating custom maps for our clients. It is such a fun way to show off your city and all your favorite local haunts. Maps are completely customized: you pick the primary location and all the points of interest you want presented. Every map is hand-drawn and can either be letterpress printed or water-colored at your option. Maps make fun and memorable additions to any welcome bag!
Kick off your wedding weekend in style with a customized canvas tote bag or welcome bag. Welcome bags are a great way to welcome your guests to the area and show them what you love about the city you are getting married in. These are a few of the things we recommend including in your welcome bags: itinerary cards, a welcome note, map cards, tags, stickers/labels, door hangers, local treats, personalized bottles of water, champagne, and hangover remedies
