Aileen + Elijah came to us with a specific idea for her invitations. She wanted something clean and relatively simple, she wanted to ride the line between formal & 70s mod/bohemian/funky with a clean aesthetic. For her color palette she wanted to incorporate lavender purples and chartreuse lime.

We pulled her look together by doing a tone on tone printing. her invitation was printed on a lavender paper stock with a darker tone ink to achieve the tonal look. The reception card was printed on a white card stock with the ink to match the invitation paper. The rsvp card was printed on a lime colored paper with a darker toned ink. The rsvp card was a darker purple color to match the ink from the invitation. For the envelope liner we created a mod / bohemian pattern in various purple tones ranging from lavender to the purple of the rsvp envelope and we printed it on an iridescent paper that gave a retro funky feel. This was such a fun wedding invitation to design for this California wedding.
