Modern meets traditional…
Check out this chic and classy wedding invitation we created for this sweet couple! This beautiful invite is another stylish customization of the Sydney design, which is featured in our Collection (the Collection is the perfect place for couples to obtain affordable letterpress wedding invitations while having the flexibility to personalize their invites).
This suite was the perfect fit for this couple’s contemporary and timeless affair. The bride + groom tied the knot at the Tampa Museum of Art, and they wanted to showcase the perfect balance of modern and traditional elements in their wedding invitation. To personalize this suite, Jaclyn + Robert chose a beautiful silver pebble paper for envelope liners (the pattern on the paper resembled some of the beautiful architectural details of the venue). For an elegant appeal, they picked a classy, semi-formal script to display their names, and silver-foiled both their names and the accompanying design. For the finishing touches, we letterpress- and foil-printed each invitation on a larger, thicker paper stock and added a pearlescent silver envelope for the RSVP cards. We also used the pebble paper as bellybands to tie each suite together and adorned them with pretty letterpress tags displaying the couple’s names.
We love how all of these subtle details gave a modern twist to the traditional wedding invitation!

I have been following you on Instagram and love your invitations. I especially like the suite that was posted on January 19 – the “simple and elegant invitations.” I realize these invitations are letterpress; however, I am interested in getting prices for this suite in thermography and digital print. May daughter is getting married in November 2017, and we live in Atlanta. Can you work with clients from afar? Thank you!
Hi Ansley,
Thank you for reaching out to us! We’d be happy to design your daughter’s wedding invitations, and we can certainly work with you even though you live in Atlanta (a lot of our brides are from different parts of the country:))
Regarding printing methods, we only offer letterpress, digital, and foil (not thermography). However, I’d be happy to send you pricing for digital invitations vs letterpress invitations for you to compare pricing. We also have samples available for each printing method if you wish to see them. Here is the link if you would like to purchase our sample: https://apdesignco.com/product/flat-sample/
Please let me know if you have any questions! 🙂
