Kimberly + Edward are exchanging their vows at the Don Cesar, an elegant and historic hotel known as Florida’s “Pink Palace” nestled in Saint Pete Beach facing the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The bride and groom wanted an elegant beach themed design on their wedding invitations, so we created a drawing for each of the paper pieces included in the invitation suite. To incorporate the beach feel, we displayed our hand drawn seashell and sand dollar in the invites and the response cards. For more of a personal touch, we displayed our design sketches of the Don Cesar hotel into the accommodations card, and letterpress printed the entire suite in antique-gold ink on soft white Cranes’s Lettra cotton paper. For the finished look, we wrapped each invitation suite with pearlescent bellybands and paired the suite with matching envelopes. We just love the way these elegant beach wedding invitations came together!
