I must admit I have had Mexico on my mind for some time now. It may or may not be because I have a secret food crush on Mexican food. Well for those of you who know me, it’s really not a secret crush. Mainly it’s because we will be jetting off to Mexico to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. I am looking forward to relaxing by the beautiful Pacific Ocean, sipping delicious margaritas, eating all the ceviche and tacos I can take and hunting for the best deals I can find.
