Carrie wanted to incorporate the botanical beauty of the coast of Florida with an elegant art deco design. Her vision was to fuse formal elements with fun, playful touches. To bring her vision to life, we created a simple watercolor flamingos motif on the invitations and infused an elegant feel by adding a beautiful, gold-foiled art deco border to the invitations and response cards. For the “Weekend Itinerary” cards, we created a fun blue pattern inspired by the beautiful blue china she will have as part of her wedding décor. To add a Florida-botanical feel, we created a beautiful watercolor palms design to display on the envelope liners and the additional enclosure cards, which we printed on a beautiful blush paper to coordinate with the watercolor. Lastly, we paired each invitation suite with a sand pearlescent envelope, and, as a final detail, we added custom postage stamps that perfectly complimented the design. We absolutely love how these elements all came together so beautifully!
