Motivational and Inspirational Quotes - Art Print

Charles R. Swindoll said, “The habit of always putting off an experience until you can afford it, or until the time is right, or until you know how to do it is one of the greatest burglars of joy. Be deliberate, but once you’ve made up your mind -jump in.”

I believe that the greatest time waster is procrastinating on starting to live your dream! In the beginning, when Pat and I were thinking about starting our business, we fell into the common trap of waiting for everything to be perfect before jumping into our adventure. Thankfully, we quickly realized that we would never start if we were always waiting for everything to be perfect. We have learned to take calculated risks, plan as much as you can and just dive in, the rest can be refine as you go! You can never predict all the obstacles ahead, and that’s OK! It is the journey that refines you and builds character in you. You will never feel 100% sure, and it is never easy but the reward and fulfillment of doing what you love is much greater than you can imagine!  This year we are working on some really big projects (which we will be sharing with you as we go) and we are really excited – and nervous – to learn and grow as we step into new territory.

So, I encourage you to take some time to reflect and think on what is hindering you from getting started on living your dream? What are you looking to finalize this year? After you’ve done that, think on what can you do to overcome those obstacles and make your dream a reality? Please share with us what you have learned or if you have any questions as you go through the process.

Remember, the greatest amount of time wasted is the time not getting started!
